step 01 Go to setting

Go to setting on computer. Fist go on search bar and type setting or  click right click on the windows icon and click setting or press windows button and "I" in your key board.



Next you choose the "Easy of Access"


Now you select the "Keyboard" in left side bellow.


Now you can "On" the virtual keyboard. Tik "On" this now.
