Today I will talk to you about how to add a citation from EndNote. We talked about what endnote is and how to download and install it in the previous post. You can watch it through the link below

So today we are talking about how to add a citation to a word doc from endnote. Okay, first I'll prepare a word document that I need to add this citation to. For this I go to my computer search bar and type word and open a word document. 

OK, then you need to download the article and the citation file you want from the web browser. What we are doing here is to download the citation related to the article and add the reference to your word document through this cite. we include a cite when we include information from another article for our report. 

The information obtained from the article can be obtained for our report in the same way. Also, the same idea in the report can be written in another way.  The source of the information we receive in both these ways belongs to the person who prepares the article and we must protect his writing, so citation is used for that.

firstly, you create same paragraph about the specific areas and you must get information through the article. The second specific thing is, both of article file and citation file download together. Then you can easy to access it. 

now we discuss about how to download article and citation. you open web browser and go to google scholar or any other article download web site(I use google scholar for download this). Link in below.

Google scholar :- Click now Open Google scholar

you search keywords related your research. I search about "job satisfaction". After that you can see any result and click on the article you want. Then it will be sent to you in PDF format. 

Now you can download the article from this website. But downloading citation files is different. Click on the "cite" button to download your citation file.

After clicking this "Cite" button, you can download the citation file. After that go to your download file and you will have the endnote citation you downloaded. then you open it through EndNote software. After that, you open it through EndNote software. then you can open the citation. now, the citation must selected by you for add to your document.

 

Now you go your word document and click on the EndNot9 tab. after that you can see "Insert citation" option. you click on the arrow in side of this. after that you click on the "Insert selected citation" option. 

now your citation is added.
